Air guns can only be sold in the Armouries and not by any other kind of shop. So don’t expect to go into a fishing shop and find air weapons being sold like you do in the UK
There are several online stores that offer a good selection of traditional spring powered air guns through to entry level precharged and high end competition air rifles and pistols.

Licensing Your Air Weapon
These are licensed by the Mayor ( El Alcade ) where you pay your rates Don’t worry the air gun licence does not cost anything.
When you purchase an air weapon in Spain, it comes with two cards
The first card has three identical parts on one sheet and is white overprinted with a yellow pattern of a coat of arms
The three parts have perforations between to allow them to be separated. You are given one part to keep, the Ayuntamiento (local council) keep a second, and I think the third part is sent to the Guardia Intervención de Armas (firearms licensing division). All the parts of the second card are kept by the Ayuntamiento
In reality, very few town hall workers know the slightest thing about registering airguns, you'll get a blank look, you'll get ignored, you'll get asked to come back at 10pm at night in a weeks time as the local policeman guy that deals with it only works nights. As one guy found out, you can return 14, yes I said fourteen times at 10pm at night only to find he's not there/doesn't have the correct papers/is on his lunch break/is attending an important engagement/is on the loo (Somewhere else) or in simple terms, can't be arsed to bother with you
